hmmm... they really remind me of a softer Story of the Year(another up and coming) with a lot more intense lyrics. they also have a lot of what Jimmy Eat World's album Clarity has... very emotional and yet so musical at the same time. they use violins a lot... not as much as Yellowcard because Yellowcard has a permanent violinist... but they reach that very emotional feel quite easily.
i think the lead singer for the Early November, Arthur Enders, has one of the most incredible voices i've ever heard. when i listen to emo i imagine him as the epitome of what a emo singer is supposed to sound like.
