De Funkt 2003-05-17 12:17:32 ET Nothing happens until it happens, and many things happen on behalf of planning/calculation. Many calculations fall short. I have a hard time uncrypting the calculation of optimism. Sometimes everything seems frivilous.

De Funkt 2003-05-19 09:11:34 ET I always let things happen without the need for planning, and for the most part it works. But when I step things up a bit, and actually try to conceive a plan of some sort, those plans tend to fall apart or fall short, and I'm not sure why that is. Okay, I wanted to travel soon. I got the time off. And I've been totally watching my money, and I still got overdrawn, so the bank took most of the money that I was going to use for the trip. Now I can't go, much to the dismay of my friends, and mostly to the dismay of myself. Oh well. I'll try again. I want to go to northern Cali superbad.
