2003-08-23 05:16:00 ET I told my mom in 2 to 3 years I am going to start making babies. She was totally cool with this. Reason you wonder?? Well, since my pap smear results it has really made me think of what is important to me in life, and what my goal is. Well, to me, having a family is what is important to me. I can go to college at any time. AJ always wanted to wait and if the money situation was good, then we could have kids. The other night I told him I'd get on welfare if I had to, but I'm having kids in 3 years. I bet you are wondering why that soon. Well, I want to have them before its too late for me to have them. Whats to say that when the money situation is good and we go to have them, that I will actully be able to concieve? I've had so many female junk problems in the past 4 years, its ridiclous. Also, my mom had to get a hystarectomy at the age of 26 because she had cervical cancer. Now this is my mom we are talking about, not an aunt or grandma, so whats to say I won't get it, I'm already having the troubles that she had. So this pap smear result really made me think. And to me, having my own babies is important to me, having my own family is my goal. So, basically what I am telling you hear, this year I'll be non-prego, next year (after graduated) I will be non-prego, then year after that, baby time. It might sound odd, because now I am only 18. But differnt strokes for different folks, my friends. |
