2009-02-10 18:55:36 ET Man, I haven't updated this in a while. Lots of things have happened, most of which I forgot by now. Lisa and I got a new apartment, the weather has been crappy and then good and now crappy again, went home for Christmas, got stuck going there and going back (long story; I blame Spokane), Lisa's purse was lost/stolen and then found/returned, I've been working a lot, there's been a lot of other things that I wanted to say/talk about but I don't have time right now. Maybe I'll make a proper post soon and start using this again. Maybe. In the meantime, if you want to know all the important things that happen in my life, like what I made for dinner last night and when I'm annoyed by something, you can follow me on Twitter. 1 comment

President Obama

2008-11-06 16:37:34 ET People were dancing in the streets Tuesday night. From Downtown to Capitol Hill, the streets were filled with people, honking their horns and yelling and waving flags, the city was filled with happy people. There was fireworks, and even an impromptu dance party in the middle of the street? It was surreal. Also, 2 comments

Week Ends

2008-10-20 16:26:39 ET The weekend before last was Lisa's birthday (20). We ate cake, I got her some things, it was nice. On Saturday I went to a Legendary Pink Dots show (sadly without Lisa, who still has another year before being able to go to 21+ shows with me). They were brilliant, but the show was too short. No opening band, they went on at about 9:30 and left before 11. The show was good though, they sounded great. Next weekend Justine is coming, which will be interesting. I haven't seen her in a couple years. That might be weird? Don't know what we'll do, I think Lisa and I might go to a pow-wow with her and her mom? The following weekend is Halloween. I have no idea what I'll be doing. Looking for some sort of Halloween party that Lisa and I can go to. I also need to think of/make a costume that isn't difficult and doesn't suck. And next month is an ohGr concert, which will be amazing. Yesss.
