2002-11-09 12:35:03 ET oh my. the sum of all fears was far too intense and realistic. it makes me think of all the shit goin on around us that not many of us younger people see to acknowledge. but i guess ignorance is bliss. altho i do fear that something will happen soon. i mean i kno shit has been happening overseas for some time now. but since it doesn't affect alot of us in any way we just seem to ignore it. but think about it. the world trade center attack didn't just happen for effect and then that was it. but i say since there is nothing i can personally do about the future of some things i should just enjoy the time i have now. but unlike alot of other people i will not go overboard and constantly talk about wwIII and the fate of mankind. this reminds me of some religious people who came to my door the other day preaching to me about how it wasn't too late for me to accept the lord or something like that. and how i need to take action for my own afterlife because judgement day os near. instead of stressing about hopeless ideas like this just do what we do everyday. ignorance is bliss alright. but for now i choose bliss. meh. |
