chaos is comming

Xaikayla 2006-01-18 06:56:48 ET School starts today. I have a biology class about medicinal plants. Homeopathic stuff. I think it should be cool. In my recent gained skill of patternmaking I told my sister I would make her a dress for her pagent if she wanted me to. I got emailed this picture of Jennifer Garner in a tangerine valintino dress. I should know better than to ask a beauty pagent girl to pick a dress out. So uh.. the challenge begins. I have started the pattern and I need to make a mock up to try on her by saturday. I will post pictures later. if you are really curious at what the dress looks like.. google images: Jennifer Garner at the oscars. It's the orange dress you can't mistake it.

Xaikayla 2006-01-18 10:37:21 ET thanks for the luck. I think the pattern will be finished today. I need to draft the linning and then cut the thing out. transfering the pattern to the material is the most painful part. it all goes alot faster and better once I get to the machine.
