The were a total of six bids in on this particular house and we got it. we only had to offer 500 more than our original bid, which was still less than asking price for the house. I now have a 1700 sq ft, three bedroom house on about a half acre. Lots of pretty trees and two fire places in the home. I have a house! The whole thing is going to go through quick. Because the loan is through my inlaws and the house was a repo, we should get the house in about 10 days. My endless month of nothing to do and akward days with the inlaws is close to the end. *dances happily*
