2004-01-12 10:43:59 ET its funny how much we ignore ourselves and look all around us for the problems while thinking that we are so great and self-rightous. but really it is ourselves who cause the problems. its a matter or perspective really. if we envision our lives as these massive tragedies.. that is what we will get in return.. you can lose a child and lose a life.. but you can live. you can see the pain in that loss, but you can always realize that even though you've lost something, it will always be there, thus making it impossible to ever lose something. although love may be painful when it ends, it may also be liberating. just because a love is no longer there as a love. they are in the fact that you had them, and you had that experience with them that is so personal and intimate which can never be taken away. i should listen to myself.. |
