Comings and Goings

Ciao!
How has everyone been, good I hope. The holidays have hopefully treated you well, cause if they haven't... *shakes fist*
I went to see Front 242 last night, they put on a great show, very entertaining, they have a lot of energy for boys their age...I actually have no idea how old they are, older than me, that is all I know. We went out to the local gothic/industrial stronghold, it was passable, any club I went to back in Cali was superior though, but I am biased.
The friday before yesterday we went and seen The Bauhuas, they were wonderful, I was excited to see one of the most legendary and influential goth acts of all time and they did not disappoint. We also decided that Peter Murphy now looks like a weird mixture of Vincent Price and Tim Curry, which is as creepy as it sounds. We also made bets before the show about what color his hair would be, I won, because Lucifer and Lux said either blonde or black, I said both, go me! Ha ha, yes, the silliness never ends here!
In early November, I went to visit my parents in MO, for a week, it was...interesting. My parents now live in a gigantic house in the Ozarks, right across the street from a church, down the block from a church, down the road from a church, yeah, you get the idea, I have never seen so many churches in my entire life, or banks, churches and banks, heh, those two go hand in hand. We are not talking charming little neighborhood churches, we are talking enormous civic center type churches, it was ridiculous. Besides that, the rest of the trip was enjoyable, it was nice seeing my parents, I missed them more than I realized, plus, I did not have to pay for hardly anything while I was there, that especially made me happy. I was sad to leave, the week seemed to go by so fast, but I will see them again early next year.
I also plan to come back to Cali for a visit next year as well, actually, after the first of the year, I plan to reevaluate everything and decide to focus myself on a plan of action, so that might, and I do say might, mean a return to Cali to stay, just no one get too excited, nothing is set in stone, it never is with me, I just find myself feeling terribly homesick, I miss all my friends mostly, but who knows, my melancholy moods tend to be shortlived. Well, I shall leave it at that for the time being, if I do not get to update the remainder of this month, Happy Holidays you mindless consumer masses! ~_^ <3

I haven't seen you at the clubs. How are you doing?

Undigit: Yeah, actually my dear, I moved to FL several months back, heh, I guess it has not gotten to everyone yet. I am doing relatively well, how have you been?

Move back now. Less bad scene. Less rednecks. Less sun...maybe.

i second what analog says!

242 were awesome (all in their mid-to-late 40's.) i missed bauhaus here, sadly...but then you're probably more of a fan than i am.

and hmmm...try visiting missoula, montana where my parents live where damn near every other building is or contains a casino ;-P

Analog: Heh, if only it were that easy, too many different variables to consider, perhaps after I focus myself moreso on what I need to do rather than what I want to do, sigh, I hate being an adult!
Turbo: Yes, I muchly enjoyed Front 242, I danced, I hit people, everything was as it should be. ~_^
The Bauhaus were incredible, if they ever tour again, you should see them, even if you are not a terribly big fan.
Casino, churches...casinos that look like churches, talk about killing two birds with one stone, why hasn't anyone tried this?!
Undigit: The same as you, bored, with an occasional bit of entertainment such as going to various shows and out to the club once in a blue moon.
