Yeah, bugs suck...    2004-10-25 05:25:33 ET

Finally got to sleep at 4 am last night, well this morning. Woke up around 8 am, at a few handfulls of Apple Cinnamon Cheerios, looked around...more damn bugs in my room. Now, normally, I'm not a huge bug hater. I don't go out of my way to kill bugs i see around, but when there is a serious issue with ladybugs overtaking my room, i have a problem. Came in last night with mom after being gone all weekend and my room was a suana so i opened the window enough to fit my fan in and then turned the fan on...not 10 minutes later there were somewhere between 10-15 of them on my light above the dresser by my bed...not cool since i soaked the whole window with raid Friday before i left. So mom got rid of teh ones on the light, before she ended up leaving we got rid of about 3-4 more. Then she left. I had resprayed around my window some, but took the fan out, and just left the window cracked enough to get air circulation so i didn't get sick from the fumes. Ended up having to close the window cause more were getting in (yeah i have a screen so I don't get it). Killed 2 when I woke up this morning, no 3 one was on my light (which is now perminately off). And from where I am right now I can see 3 more. Normally ladybugs and I get along just fine, but these here in the Haute seem to be some mutant form of them, they swarm and get all over stuff and smell bad and they are icky and they piss me off cause it's my room not theirs. So I gotta figure out how they are getting in now since i'm forcing myself to be warm to keep the windows closed haha. Ok..I'm done ranting about my bugs, but what else am I going to do its 9:30 am and i've had 4 hours of sleep adn I can't get back to sleep and it's annoying. Blarg. 5 comments

Had my interview today at Hot Topic. I guess it went alright. They got my application mixed up with someone else's. Thought I was danielle. Probably due to the fact that the guy who called me and the guy i talked to when i called back were 2 different guys, easy to get things mixed up that way. As I said I guess it went alright...since she (yeah a 3rd person involved int he interview process now haha) didn't have a chance to look over my app before the interview we sorta winged it. She asked me a bunch of questions I've never been asked before on a interview...especially since...it's just for christmas help. i'd only be working til the second week in january maybe. she wasn't sure. but after this they go through another process adn then i have a second interview and then if they call me back my third interview is an actual day of work. I get to stand out on the floor and "sell" stuff. it's hot topic, how much do you really have to "sell" haha people pretty much know what they want when they go in there...you can't really push products there like we did at Party City..we pushed shit there, like glow sticks and little flashy things for kids safety on halloween. Anyway, fingers crossed that I did at least good enough for a second interview since Bath & Body Works never called me back...bastards. Ok, well i'm sick so i'm off to try and sleep...for the second try this evening. <3 much love <3
