I am going go get that movie on DvD now. I can't believe I don't have it. I used to sing the baby magic song to my little cousin' when he was a wee baby, complete with high tosses. God I'm old.

2004-05-19 19:56:18 ET

I bought it for my mom and she was like "i never watch that movie take it back" so i just kept it. ^_^ yay for me haha.

i remember watching it when i was a kid and being completely mezmerized by it.

2004-05-19 20:08:12 ET

2004-05-23 21:12:14 ET

So. How was Bowie? *I still hate you cuz I am jealous*

2004-05-23 21:14:29 ET

Oh, yes, i never did update on that did i?

One of the top 10 best shows I've ever seen. Maybe even top 5..yeah top 5 *nods*

2004-05-23 21:16:23 ET

I am never taking off my Panda mask now. Pandas don't care about David Bowie.

2004-05-23 21:18:37 ET

but David Bowie cares about them *nodndo*

2004-05-23 21:20:03 ET

If I burn in flames right now be sure to tell everyone how wonderful I was. LOL!

So can you tell me a little about the show?

2004-05-23 21:31:56 ET

Well Stereophonics opened up for him, they started out horribly bad, but had a few good songs as their time on stage went on. luckily though they were only on for 45 min or so.

The thing about Bowie and me is, I don't know a lot of Bowie, but I figured out I knew more then I thought I did. Though I still dont' know the names of the songs I do know haha.

He did a good mix of old stuff and new stuff from "Reality" (which if you do not already have, I suggest you buy because the songs he did were awesome, i posted one of them in another post after this one)

Lisa and I were hoping that he would do "Sorrow" but he didn't. He did however do "under pressure" with a girl in his band (bass player) who did a wonderful job (but not near as good as of course) of replacing freddie's part...

umm...it was just awesome hahaa.

Thanks! You know one of the my favorite things about SK is the music recommendations I get from people.

2004-05-23 21:37:01 ET

No Problem :)

Yeah, I listen to just about any kind of music, so it's great to get other people's input sometimes :)
