yes, it's that time of year again

SaraSidel 2004-07-04 18:21:06 ET that time of year when people set shit on fire and throw it into other people's yards. the time when even the police officer in my neighborhood doesn't care if people are shooting bottle rockets at my house (since fireworks are illegal in indiana and all) that time when people get together, for fun, laughter, and hotdogs on a grill (if you're into that sort of thing) that time when families come together to enjoy somet time together and some good ol' fashioned beer drinking fun.. that time when i'm reminded of how much... my life sucks... here's to a great 4th of july, from one lame person to another...

SaraSidel 2004-07-04 20:44:10 ET people still use them and no one really gets into trouble. you aren't supposed to use fireworks, there are laws against it, but you are able to get permits to use them in special places. though for the most part it's still illegal to use them there, but no one really says anything unless someone gets hurt or something catches fire. and yes indeed it wasn't a great fourth at all
