Bleh. Tomorrow is day three of the new-fangled four-day work week. I'm already sick of it. Between having to grab Tri-met at times that get me to work a half hour too early or 5+ minutes late and feeling like I now spend too much of my day there I'm starting to feel 100% burnt out. It's not a good thing to start fantasizing about being fired.
Came home from the show tonight to find Soccerballs under the porch and very unhappy about it. Good thing I came home after the show. He got his canned cat food for the night and everything is better.
So tired...so drained...so much toast that's so ready for bed.
i can relate to the public transit situation. i have a 45 min. commute on the bus each way to school everyday. then, from my house to the Annex or close to downtown can easily be over 30 mins.
i think i am developing "bus ass".
good luck with the new shift in your work schedule!
thanks Ant. i personally don't think the new schedule is going to last. the owner was grilling me already about if we even do any more business opening a half hour earlier. i made $2 by 11 am this morning. whoooo! i ditched work early today because i could.
i counter act bus ass by walking when i don't have to be anywhere immediately. i need to bust out my bike now that the weather is getting nice.
