He's not set on Seattle so anyone else have suggestions? Criteria is it needs to be coastal & colder than FL.

OhSoNeat 2010-05-18 10:15:06 ET I grew up in Florida, near Tampa, and live across the water from Seattle now and it's drastically different. It's gloomy a lot, which can get depressing. In my opinion, Portland is pretty hip, less gloomy, a little cheaper, and has more to do.
