4x week, 25 minutes cardio (12 on elliptical & 13 on bicycle) and 2x upper body weights and 2x lower body weights.

Any suggestions of how to make cardio less boring? I already want to suicide from the boredom and watch the clock count down even if I'm watching tv on subtitles and listening to upbeat music.

The thought of even five more minutes is painful.. lol

I zone out on TV. I try to watch something that doesnt have commercials, if I can help it. If Im at the gym doing cardio, I watch the news or something I can concentrate on.

The thing is, you cant look at cardio as exercize because then you'll loathe doing it & it's easier to fall off the wagon. Try listening to different kinds of music when you work out, too. Listening to the same play list 50 times can get really monotonous.
