I zone out on TV. I try to watch something that doesnt have commercials, if I can help it. If Im at the gym doing cardio, I watch the news or something I can concentrate on.
The thing is, you cant look at cardio as exercize because then you'll loathe doing it & it's easier to fall off the wagon. Try listening to different kinds of music when you work out, too. Listening to the same play list 50 times can get really monotonous. |
