I have zero tolerance for his attitude anymore - when he acts unsympathetic, critical, or in other words a douche bag (which seems to make up 95% of the time) I'll stop whatever plans we are in the middle of and we'll go home. I'm sick of paying for more than myself and being subjected to douche baggery on top of it. It's like, you know I don't have to bring you out to eat in a restaurant, I don't even have to make you dinner so you could either talk to me without being a jackass or not come with.

*heather* 2012-02-07 08:11:51 ET i had an ex who did that to me. we'd go out somewhere cheap so we wouldn't even have to spend a ton of money on the meal and he'd STILL bitch about the fact that he went out and spent money. i'm sorry...i need to do more with my life than sit on the couch playing video games every day. don't get me wrong, i love games, but EVERY day? It gets a bit old. i hate it when men act like children.
