Today was the 1st day I used my key for the workout. It kicked my butt and I loved it!
I had 3 dif. ones to choose from. well 2 really b/c one is just a cardio day.
I had the total body(wich I plan to try out on thurs.) and the fat burn, wich I did today. I feel like jelly.
In total I burned aprox. 583 cal woot.
My work out included 30 min on the eliptical with the resistance set at 5.
Chest press 2sets of 12 reps @ 70lbs
sholder press 2 sets of 12 @ 50lbs
arm extension 2 sets 12 40lbs
arm curl 2 sets 12 40lbs
leg press 2 sets 12 160 lbs
leg curl 2 sets 12 40 lbs
leg extensions 2 sets 12 40 lbs
lower back element 2 sets 12 60lbs
low row 2 sets 12 70lbs
and then total abdominal 3 sets 16 70lbs
I feel so accomplised I am really glad I went. Now I just got to keep it up. I don't know why I dread going so much when I love how I feel afterwards. Doesn't make sense to me.
I'm going back tomorrow and probably going to get on the eliptical for a few and walk the track. I want to lose at least 40lbs by the end of summer. Any ways the gym just called and I left my debit card there so I gotta go pick it up. Yay for the gym. :P
