Micro Dermals and Piercings

jenkins2921 2010-04-26 08:31:28 ET I really miss all my piercings. I don't have one left except for my ears. All the others had to come out for my job. :( I may get my facial ones done again when I don't have to work anymore. I am saving up to get micro dermals done on my sub clavicals. I want three on each side. I want a star and gem and another star done on each side. I can cover those up if need be so I won't have to take them out. : D I am excited about them. As far as the others, do you think that I am getting to old for something like that. I had my lip pierced and my anti-eyebrow(cheek below the eye) done. I want them again but would it look stupid on a person my age?

subsume 2010-04-26 09:02:19 ET Depends on how old you are & where you see your work situation going. Some people can be 45 rocking piercings but those types tend to work in alternative careers or ones in which they're behind the scene.

jenkins2921 2010-04-26 13:47:02 ET Well I'm 24, and I want to work for myself. Don't know if it will happen but its my goal. My husband is military so I don't have to work. I plan on going to school, and staying at home with my daughter mostly. After that I am not sure. Most places I have worked so far allow retainers( except for one so I lost them all). Including my job now, but I would have to wear the actual jewelry for a while first wich is one reason I haven't gone and gotten them done.
