2004-07-13 09:49:14 ET

:( i hope no body got hurt.

2004-07-13 09:49:36 ET

You're going to find and behead the bomber right?

2004-07-13 09:50:43 ET

thats horrible.

2004-07-13 09:52:30 ET

I hope you get to come back soon

2004-07-13 09:53:49 ET

i'd do worse than that if I found him.

thanks, i hope so too.

2004-07-13 09:54:00 ET

My comment is horrible?

2004-07-13 09:54:38 ET

i hope noone got hurt too. pad 8 is about 1000 meters from where i live. i guess it was a large explosion

2004-07-13 09:55:09 ET

yes, now i dont thik what they did was right, but doing it to them just shows the whole world that we are just as horrible.

2004-07-13 09:55:18 ET

eesh. Now what is a pad? a helipad?

2004-07-13 09:56:02 ET

Phaery well... nothing else seems to get through. My original Idea for the war on terror was the Glass parking lot theory.

2004-07-13 09:57:09 ET

glass parking lot?

2004-07-13 09:58:00 ET

lol no, a pad is the area where we live

2004-07-13 09:59:13 ET

oh.. well then i'm even more enraged.

Well when a nuclear weapon goes off it creates alot of heat. enough heat to fuse sand into glass.

now where is there alot of sand and terrorism?

2004-07-13 10:00:36 ET

I have been reading you page for a bit but haven't commented. I just wanted to let you know that I added your name a bit ago to the list of people in iraq our church is praying for.

2004-07-13 10:01:24 ET

thank you! that really means a lot!

2004-07-13 10:03:41 ET

My thing though is that we went in there for all the wrong reasons, and now we're dying, and they're dying. I don't think that what they are doing is ok by any stretch of the imagination, far from it, but I think I can sorta understand why. I just hate that it ever came up in the first place. *sigh* And thats my long winded way of saying that I disagree with the glass parking lot suggestion :P

2004-07-13 10:04:00 ET

Thats really nice of you X =)

Oh I'm not really up for genocide either but I'm also not up for watching my friends in the service never come home.

I would also like to be able to go on a plane without my mother Freaking out about hijackers.

And Finally and most of all I'd love to have compententt administration

2004-07-13 10:08:46 ET

foriegn relations are messy. If we hadn't started this war I am sure there would alot of people blaming bush for being inactive. This situation is really a no win.

2004-07-13 10:09:50 ET

agreed, agreed, and agreed. Maybe some day the world will go back in that direction.

2004-07-13 10:09:55 ET

lol amen to the last

2004-07-13 10:12:54 ET

I dunno about that, X...yes, its a complicated thing, but I still think that Irag was just an obvious (at least to some of us) diversion tactic when Afganistan and the hunt for Bin Laden looked to be going sour. I don't know though, I haven't looked very closely into the matter, but just watching what this administration has done and how duplicitous it has been...I guess I stopped giving it the benifit of the doubt a long time ago.

2004-07-13 10:16:48 ET

I am not saying I agree with the whole thing. My feeling is that in this situation no matter what happened after 9 11, there wasn't going to be a right answer.

2004-07-13 10:19:39 ET

aye, I suppose that true just because no matter what, someone somewhere wouldn't be satisfied. BLEH!

2004-07-13 10:20:03 ET

i agree

2004-07-13 10:22:37 ET

i just want to get the hell out of here, i don't really care what happens to this country. its a loss anyway. they bite the hand that feeds them. they're a bunch of nuts. i've seen it

2004-07-13 10:44:43 ET

Afghanistan I was fine with and at the beginning I'll admit taking Iraq sounded like a good Idea too but in hindsight it was just a bad idea and totally unnecasary. So looking back we see that there was a right answer but not eeveryone knew it.

2004-07-13 10:50:16 ET

Nod...well, there was also a lot of BS floating around about what Iraq had or didn't have, and though it was begining to look to me soon before the war started that Bush WANTED TO GO, and didn't really give a rats ass why or what the American people believed, it wasn't completely clear till we were waist deep in muck. So, dammit. And I've gone off on a politcal tangent, despite my best efforts to keep them to myself. Sorry bout that. I'll stop now. I just hope that Tonal and everyone else over there can come home safely, and soon.

2004-07-13 10:54:02 ET

heh well this is a forum of expression political or otherwise. And I agree this seems like a war to so what they wouldn't let daddy do

2004-07-13 20:39:27 ET

i agree with you two, fem and sonik

2004-07-13 21:25:48 ET

I have yet to figure how we can put a man on the moon, but can't figure out petty differences without blowing each other up. I don't ever support war. We should be better than that. We should be fighting disease and feed the starving, but instead billions upon billions is being spent on war. Yay! Bleh. Intelligent life my ass.

I support the troops, I want the war over and the guys (and gals) home.
