school starts next week. My excitement is dampened by the reality that I am really going to try to keep planning a wedding during all of this. The stress is starting to hit me. oh well. I just have to keep thinking about Italy... Oh yeah, I am not sure that I mentioned that I get to go to Rome for my honeymoon. so I get rewarded with surviving the next 87 days with a happy vacation.

I spent 11 hours today in Fontana. Well on my way to Fontana. In hospital with my grandmother, and then driving home from Fontana.
She has cancer. She has treatments every month. She has such a high confusion rate that family has to come along to accually find out information. I spent the day answering the same list of questions over and over. Plus she tried to convince me that my father had been down to her house last week to milk the cows. (BTW the farm in Minnesota had been sold when my dad was seven). She is starting to get alheimers or something and her Doctor wouldn't even listen to me. I tried to explain that she was confused, he told me that she was just old. He corrected her answers four times during his test of how well she understood what was going on around her and still turned to me and said.. "see, she knows whats going on."... GRRRR. SHe calls me at odd hours convinced that the guy next door is breaking into her house and putting her clothes on the floor. *sigh* Maynard, the guy she lives with, puts up with her hillucinations not knowing if he should believe her stories. Mostly he just humors her. He is lossing his hearing so I suppose that helps.
hooo hum. other than that I am just trying to reorganize my life before the rush of school begins. I am trying to get all planning of wedding done as much as I can so that I am not trying to maintain 18 units and do too much more with the wedding. Some things cannot be helped. There are just some things that cannot be done until a couple of weeks before the wedding. oh well.
In happy news, Dave and I have found an apartment. It's a townhouse, two bedroom. He will move in at the first of September. I wont move in until after the wedding.. cause I am a good little christian girl... but I am excited about helping setting it up. yeah... I am going to make curtians and buy plants. We have this little prison cell of a fenced patio out the back of it and I am going to have to cover it in potted trees and flowers if I am to survive.
I get to have a Sewing room!
Well a sewing/office/dave's studio/guestroom. At least it will be seperate from the room I sleep in.
