Funny Conversation 2009-01-29 06:02:13 ET It took place a walmart. My friend Marissa wanted to get on of those Orbits car packs,and she snuck it in with the stuff that Q and I were getting. This is the convo that ensued.... Shandra(S):Oh I see so I'm going to buy the gum not you. Marissa(M): Well I thought I would just stick it in there and see what happens. Quinten(Q): Thats what I did and I wound up with a kid! M:Did you not see the DO NOT ENTER sign? (lots of laughter) Q: That was on the other hole. Q: Maybe we need some of that gum after that conversation. S: Haha Yeah....Dirty Mouth? Clean it up with Orbits. (lots more laughter) YOu probably had to be there to really see the humor in this conversation, but it still makes me smile. lol I love my people. :) Sage and more Sage 2009-01-28 13:35:01 ET Just some pictures I took today. I wish Quinten could go of course I am glad he finally has an interview. I still have a few things I have to do before I go of course. I need to get the car new tires and the oil changed. I also want to burn some cds for the road trip. Any one know of some good road trip music? I will celebrate my birthday down there, and my friend that I am visiting said we are gonna have a crawfish boil! I am so excited. When Quinten was there last year, he got to have some. They had all kinds of stuff on the pier. I'm pretty excited about the weather down there. I looked at the weather for this week, and the lowest it got during the day was 59. I think the highest its been here is 35. Guess I better get to a tanning bed so I don't blind people when I wear my sleevless shirts. lol I also have to make sure Quinten, if he gets the job, has a way to work. I think I have it figured out but I have to discus it with the 3rd party sitll, and I also have to have sitter arrangements for Sage. I decided against taking her along. My friends house is far from child proof. I will miss her like crazy, but at least we can still talk. Its not like I am going underway for a week where I can't even call. :) I am so glad that it looks like he won't have to rejoin. Only time will tell though. Here is some of my latest stuff.
