So I haven't posted in a while, yeah i've been in one of my "anti-sk" moods i guess I dont know haha, it's pretty bad when you are feeling too anti-social to even post on a friggin online journal. I'm so lame.
Classes have been goin pretty good. Got 2 tomorrow to look forward to haha, actually the first one, Community Corrections, seems like it's going to be a hella fun class. My professor is really nice and she said that if we want to ever have someone come in as a guest speaker for a certain area of criminology work, just to tell her and she'd see what she could set up. Her son comes to the class too and he's a cop on SWAT and all that fun stuff. So he's going to come in a set up a Meth lab in our classroom so we can see what they look like and what to watch out for and what smells to watch out for. <which is where my subject line comes from>
Still trying to get a job, I put off working at Game Stop because I applied to Coffee Grounds, but I haven't heard back from them either. So I'm calling them tomorrow and then if they aren't even hiring then I'm going to maybe call JC Penney, or The Limited Too, which I applied to today.
We are going out of town this weekend. A lady that has been friends with my mom since before I was born, is really sick. I call her my Aunt even though she isn't by blood she's always been there. She's had just about every illness known to man and lived through it, but at this point in her life, there's no medical explaination for why she is still walking, let alone still alive. Her one doctor that she's had for a long time got permission from her to do studies on her after she passes and to write a book. He's the only one she's trusted thus far in her life and she's in her late 40s maybe early 50s i don't know. Anyway, she had a surgery recently and they funked up and somehow she ended up getting gangreen or however you spell that stuff. And it's really bad, it go into her blood stream and into some of her organs. They think they got it all out but they dont really know. So she could go at any time :( it's really sad cause she's fought her way through so much worse, but if it's her time it's her time you know? She'll be so much better off, she's in constant pain I don't know how she deals with it. anyway, so if you would be so kind please say a prayer for her. she could use all the help she can get. So we are visiting her since it may be the last time we get a chance and I haven't seen her in over a year.
OK so i'll stop babbling now.

So my Crim Law Proceed I class is going to KILL ME ALOT!
I HAVE to read the text book. and she only grades on tests, no homework *cries* and our final is over the whole semester *cries more*
See normally I just skim through the text and get the important stuff from the notes and write more notes..but with this class I have to read it. Cause periodically she will call on people...everyone will get called on at least once. and if you are called on and are not prepared or not there, you lose 25 points from your grade. The first one is a free pass as she calls it, but the second and third are 25 points off, and if you do it a fourth time you FAIL the course...OMG. haha..so yeah this class is going to kill me.
Other than that I didn't do much today, went to the coffee grounds here on campus and talked to Steve. He was training someone. Said that they are normally always hiring, especially during the beginning of the school year. So I filled out the application and I TOTALLY DIDN"T GIVE THEM A CLASS SCHEDULE *CRIES* OMG I just realized that...they didn't even ask on it about availability, i'm seriously going to have to carry one around and next time I see Sam or Steve I'm goign to ask them to take it up there for me, or I'll walk it in this weekend. Yeah I"ll just walk it in this weekend, Viola dont' let me forget. Normally they have a little spot on it for you to fill out your availability and they didn't on this one...what the freak is up with that? ok so now i look like a dumbass *cries*

So I called Hot Topic today, they aren't hiring til Ocotober for Christmas help only, which doesn't help me cause i can't work Christmas...well i dunno, if they call and i still dont' have a job i might take them up on the offer haha.
I did get a call just now from Game Stop...or game spot..whatever it's called haha. They FINALLY called me for an interview, lady called me a week ago and said she was going to call me back but she never did..this time it was a guy..and of course...i forgot his name...damn i need to write this shit down. Oh well, interview there at 2:00 saturday. Unless...
Talked to Sam today, he said he doesn't know if Coffee Grounds is hiring or not, but he thinks they should. According to him they "need people" and well, they hire in at 4.75/hr. and that's below minimum wage, but you get tips. and it's not really being like a "waitress" you jsut make coffee. And he made $50 in tips last night. so that sounds more promising then Game Spot, they hire in at minimum wage which is 5.15 but they only offer i think she said 10-12 hours a week. And if I can make more at Coffee Grounds and not have to buy clothes to fit a dress code then I am all for it. So I'll go there either tonight or tomorrow during the day.
So wish me luck that I get a job haha..I mean..I don't want ot work at Game Spot but I will if they don't make me buy a whole new wardrobe to do so...seems everyone was wearing Khakis, of which I own none...and have no money to buy them.
Ok, well I'm off to rest, got a mandatory floor meeting tonight where I get to sit and chat with all the people I won't be sitting and chatting with throughout the year haha. except the girl downt he hall something tells me she's going to want to talk to me alot..

Classes start tomorrow. My first one is at 1:00-1:50 then another at 3:00-3:50, normaly I go the night or day before and look for the rooms to make sure I know where I'm going. I"m going to wing it this year, it was pouring down rain today so I didn't get a chance to go.
Eye doctor MUST see me, weirdos. They can't just take my word for it that the contacts are fine, even though the lady checked me before i left the office..dur nothing has changed since then. Not sure when i'll get to do that since they close before my classes end most of the time.
Got put on "the pill" and I think it might be makign me sick, i've been sick the past two nights. It's either that or the stress that is a large part of my life right now. Gotta figure out how I am going to pay for teh things I need, and how mom is going to get a job before the 31st...since by then she's out one.
Well I gotta get my stuff ready for tomorrow, since I know me and I won't be up til an hour before my class.
