 Anomalism 12-15.5 Yesterday    2005-12-15 03:52:16 ET
Yesterday was My lovely Lady Anomalous's birthday. She is now for a brief time only a year younger than I. We had a nice dinner at a place called the "Brick", and then had DQ Moolataes for desert and came home and watched a Coleman Francis film. It was a good time. I think I will go to a book store today and find something in a genere she likes.

In other news EZ the kerosene cat (the all black one in the activity day pic) has found another way to try to destroy himself. Not as creative this time but he has managed to get a cut on his ear that has abscessed. How many lives can this nit wit have? None of the other cats have these troubles.

In other other news my son Severity finaly got his Romainian Dragonov http://securityarms.com/20010315/galleryfiles/2700/2776.htm and I got a Finnish rifle http://7.62x54r.net/MosinID/MosinM39.htm and today we will try to build a scope mount for my Egyptian Hakim http://securityarms.com/20010315/galleryfiles/1800/1829.htm it should be interesting.

Anomalism 12-08.5 Happy Birthday Doctor Hexagon    2005-12-08 03:23:27 ET
Today is my first born son Doctor Hexagon's birthday. He is 22 today he has not been able to post lately because he is active duty Naval Gunners mate and his ship has been deployed some time ago. I am hugely proud of him as a son and as a US Serviceman. I'm both proud and appreciative of all our Servicemen and women as every one of them has volunteered to serve and defend our country. Every body drop a happy birthday into the coments section of his last post or as a PM so he can see them the next time he logs on.

Anomalism 12-05.5 It is Mine!    2005-12-05 12:53:34 ET
I finaly finnished paying for this http://securityarms.com/20010315/galleryfiles/2300/2324.htm Mine is a model 29-2 in 44mag but it looks exactly like this one. Ive been paying for it since Aug. I had to sell one of my Mausers and my 357mag to get the last $250 that got it into my hands. Now of course I have to feed it. It is the same gun that Mel Gibson used in "Pay Back" and is pretty much the only wheel gun I'll ever need. I will have to start looking into reloading soon though. Now I have a weapon the same caliber as my age but I'm only a month away from the next caliber.

 Anomalism 11-25.5 BURRRR!!!    2005-11-25 04:11:50 ET
Its been snowing for 2 days, maybe 3 and its about 8" deep and its 5 degrees out there. The unfortunate thing is I didn't get my firewood down to the front porch before the snow so now it will be much harder to find it all.
Yesterday we had duck and goose for thanksgiving dinner, with lots of stuffing and potatos. Many days of left overs here. We made 4 pies for 3 people (gives an idea how important dezert is around here). I stayed in the kitchen for most of the cooking and was as useful as a husband usualy is in a kitchen. Today it is bright and clear and beautiful out here and I am thankful for every day I get to live here. I hope every one had a great thanksgiving day as well, (for all of you who celebrate such things)( and even if you don't) be well and be Blessed.
