Introspection    2005-10-14 20:11:42 ET
First off, I got my new cell phone yesterday, for those of you interested in getting my new phone number, let me know and I shall send it to you!
Argh, it has been a spell hasn't it? I would right in this journal more often but I simply have nothing of note to say. I suppose I could just go on about my everyday mundane activities but I do not think anyone is quite bored enough to sit through that, heh.
We do have some possibly fun events scheduled this month, such as going to Howl-O-Scream at Busch Gardens, I have never been there and I am assuming that it is somewhat similar to Halloween Haunt at Knotts Scary Farm which I am regretably missing this year, sigh. Next week we are going to go see The Addicts, lately, I have been finding myself enjoying punk music slightly more, how odd for me since I always disliked it, mostly for the lack of musical talents and singing ability inherent in the genre, but it is all about the attitude afterall.
I have also come to the conclusion that I should learn to light the fuck up. I have become so involved in myself and all my imagined faults that I am allowing it to rule my life and it makes me unhappy, to the point where at times I find myself weary with life, not nessecarily depressed but just exhausted with the effort it takes to keep form, if it is not bringing me joy than what is the point in keeping it up? One just needs to pause for a moment and ponder the way they are living their lives, is it productive, is it holding you back and I believe that my way of thinking is holding me back. I am an intelligent girl with great potential and I am allowing that potential go to waste worrying about things that are basically unimportant and out of my control. I have aspirations to get into the crime business (Ha ha, the crime fighting/preventing business, not the criminal part, though I could do that too..hmm...), my latest desire is to either work at CSI or to become an FBI agent and I plan to start taking intiative and working toward this goal, if I have something to shoot for, something to focus me, I will probably feel more confident in myself. Well, that is the plan anyways, knowing how I procrastinate, we'll see what happens.
Lately, I have begun to start writing again, I have several stories planned out for when we reopen Dormant Deification, perhaps writing will work as a stimulant for my drawing, that is my hope, I always feel better when I am doing something artistic, if I have too much time to think, I tend to get broody. Eh, I shall leave it at this for the time being, I shall try to update more often. ^_^

Not surprisingly, the total was more around 60, yet I was surprised by some of the movies I realized I had not yet seen. Ah well, at least I will never be lacking for movies to rent on an odd rainy evening spent at home. If any of you have seen any of the movies I have not and want to let me know which ones to seek out and which ones to avoid, I would be pleased. Plus, it is almost October and thusly, Halloween will be upon us, I am getting into the spirit earlier, cause as we all know, I am never in the Halloween spirit. ~_^

 Comings and Goings    2005-09-15 21:07:14 ET
Allo all, yes, I still live, the Florida sun and weather has failed in it's diabolical scheme to melt me...for now. It has been a rather long delay between postings, but there simply is not terribly much going on in my life that is worth taking out the time to post.
Frankly, I am quite bored, to the point that I am either going to start my own band though I have no musical talents whatsoever or become a serial killer, because I live in Florida those are my only two career paths, I think I am leaning towards serial killer though, I'd be better at that I believe. I could just blame it on some hapless jerk, the police would believe me since I am a weak, pitiful women, I could not possibly have the phisiology to commit a crime such as that, no, never, gasp, such a scandalous thought! Ha ha, wow, that just kind of trailed off didn't it, I do that sometimes, overly active/tired mind.
I am in the process of looking for a second job, working at Hot Topic simply does not afford me much disposable income, as in none at all, plus, there are many events coming up for which I must save up for, Bauhaus tickets for one, Depeche Mode tickets for another, Horror Nights at Busch Gardens Tampa, ScreamFest, and a secret expenditure which I cannot discuss as of yet, yep, it is all spine tingly dingly. Ah well, I am sure my state of affairs will improve in the next few months as I will be working much more and the weather will become livable, I like being able to go out during the day, walk around and not lose 2lbs in sweat like I did earlier this week, all just to send off some auction items and go the the local library where I checked me out some fine books, one of which I have already finished. The other one is Beyond Good and Evil by Fredrick Neitzche, heh, cause I need a bit of light reading, plus my mood of late has been philisophical.
I also plan to take some new pictures this weekend, I bought a new vinyl corset and Lucifer is going to fluff my hair all deathrock style, so if you were ever curious to see what I would look like with Sioxsie Sioux hair, you will be satisfied soon. And I probably spelled her name wrong, it is late, what do you people want from me?! *Shakes fist* ~_^

Allo all. It has been a bit of awhile since I have found the time or the energy to update my journal. I am in the process of looking for a second job so that I may have more disposable income, which would be lovely as there are many things that I need the money for, not the least of which is having some spending money for my trip back to Southern California during Halloween which is in the great month of October, huzzah! Plus as always, there are many articles of clothing and spiffy shoes that are currently calling out my name, sigh, I wish I could somehow calculate the absorbant amount of money I have spent on clothing and shoes in the last three years or so..wait, what am I saying, that is the last thing I want to know! It would only shock and depress me, not to mention the irrepairable mental damage it would cause other people when they read it...hmm, well, that part it not so terrible, heh. ~_^
I gave up my idea of trying to bleach my bangs out completely white, tis impossible it is! Five bleachings, that I can remember anyways, there were probably more, and my hair was never near white, cept at my roots, argh! So instead, I am just going to dye my bangs random colors to suit my fancy at the time, currently they are a royal blue, soon, they will be a scarlett red, I do believe I am going to enjoy this. I am also weighing other hair options, as I am just simply bored with it as is, perhaps bangs or maybe something more drastic, I do not know. *shrugs* I am also planning on getting an industrial ear piercing this month and am currently debating getting my nose pierced, some feedback concerning this would be simply fantastic, though in the end, I will just end up doing what I want to do despite your opinions.
Ah well, a short update is better than no update right, so I shall leave it at this for the time being, ta for now!

 Get Your Tickets Now!!!    2005-07-21 19:59:29 ET
So yeah, I go to check my email and lo and behold, there is an email, from House of Blues, letting me know not to miss The Killers, yep, they know my musical tastes well. Out of sheer morbid curiousity, I check the email and my eyes were blessed to see that Ministry w/ RevCo tickets are going on sale!!! I let out a happy little squeak, it was really very cute, you should have been there but than I clicked on it. While the tickets go on sale Saturday there is only one date listed, HOB Anaheim and it is not until May 23rd...of next year! Um...yeah, I do believe that is the earliest ticket release date I have ever seen, how dare they get my hopes up, bastards!!! *Much irritated fist shaking* Ah well, at least I know that eventually, Ministry w/ RevCo will be here because they are going to be touring, huzzah! I just wish it were sooner than next year, feh. >_<;
