Ahh life

2004-09-10 11:03:11 ET Good times right now. last night was great. I went with a few of my friends to hear Michael Kimmel speak on masculinity and gender issues in the world. Then we went over to Demarc's house (president of the gay straight alliance at GSU) and drank and bit. Afterwards, me and a friend played some chess and then we all went to the hot tub to relax. Then this really sweet guy was flirting with me the whole night. He wound up giving me nearly a gallon of vodka. Whee!! So now, I'm sitting here as I've been for the past 5 hours or so writing up the 13 pages of essays that are due monday and tuesday and studying for the test in history on Tuesday. Boy this is a lot of work and I suppose I ought to get back to studying. Talk to ya'll later!

Favorite band?

2004-09-07 20:18:47 ET Hmmm I love this cable and soulseek. I've downloaded a crapload of random stuff. Bunch of juno reactor, wumpscut, funker vogt, final fantasy stuff, and then there's the stuff that you wouldn't believe I listen to: Linkin Park Breaking the Habit, Hey Ya by Outkast, and I hate Everything About you by Three days grace. Ahhh I need recommendations for good music kids. 5 comments

2004-09-07 07:19:10 ET All right, I'm definitely fully moved in. Got my cable connection all hooked up... and goddamn I love Soulseek! I've downloaded so much music in the past few hours it's not even funny. I think I've gotten a few hundred megs of mp3s. I'm really happy now. Have class in about 2 hours though, and with that stupid hurricane, I'm gonna have to walk in the rain and insane winds to get to classes. 2 comments
