So yeah, it has been awhile eh? I know, I have the most elequent, well thought out beginnings to my posts, I try, really. Today was tiring, we went to the Block which is the lovely outdoor mall type thing near my home, it was alright, I suppose, we went and saw The Grudge, it was good, kind of reminiscant of The Ring as it is also a Japanese horror film, except it was directed by the same director who did the Japanese version so it added some extra spice. Alas, I realized today why I hate to go to movies, one, people were talking, two, people did not turn off their cell phones, and three, some idiot brought their wailing infant to a PG-13 rated movie, bloody hell, get a goddamn babysitter! We also did a spot of shopping, I bought the new pirate Living Dead Doll, it is so adorable and you know how Divine Decay likes her dead dollies! I also purchased a new Bleeding Edge Goth figure from series Three, ha, she is a fetish cyber nurse, it is so cute, heh, I know Luci would fancy her, I believe her name is Nurse Hypochondrianna, heh, clever. Than we went to the Halloween Store of Super, where I purchased a police badge for one of my outfits this week and an IV bag with a biohazard symbol on it, full of fake blood, yes, it is really that awesome, that I purchased for my Nuclear Armageddon outfit, damn, I still require a gasmask, I am hoping to borrow one from a friend. Yes, this week in the land of Hot Topic, we have to dress up each day we work, I work five days so thusly, five outfits which are as such:
Sunday: Cyber Geisha (Inspired by Luci!)
Monday: Police Officer
Wednesday: Fetish Military
Friday: Nuclear Armageddon
Saturday: Undead Doll
Do not fear, I shall take pictures of each of my outfits for all to enjoy! Though the dates and outfits are subject to change of whim. Lastly, I went to The Virgin Megastore, I shall make no puns about this, really, I promise, and bought a couple of cds, Alien Sex Fiend and Einsturzende Neubauten. By the end of the night, I was all tired and in pain. To elaborate, for the last few days, I have been having a problem with my right big toe for reasons unknown, it could be an ingrown toenail or some such thing, all I know is that it hurts something fierce and it makes any kind of significant walking rather difficult, which is a bit of an issue since I mostly wear large boots that does not concern themselves with the condition of my feet, I am all afraid now that it might get infected and I do not have the money to see a physician about it either so I will simply have to contend with the pain, the thought of which does not appeal to me in the least, especially since I work five days this week and I have to "dress up." Ah well, it seems as though it is always something with me, though it does feel a tad better now after I numbed it good with a baggie of ice. Heh, yes, I am sure you all wanted to know about Divine Decay's foot problems, I hope I brightened your morning with that.

Argh, sometimes my days are terribly irritating. Today was one of those such days. First off, I had to work, which always kind of puts a slight damper on any day, though today was not awful, business was constant, mostly people shopping for Halloween. Speaking of which, the amount of money people spend on an outfit they are probably going to wear one night is positively mind boggling, one young lady today spent nearly $100 on her Halloween outfit! Other than that, there was an issue with one of our registers being over $100 which is not happy at all, since you get written up if your register is over by $10 or more. Fortunately, I did not work on Thursday so my concern over the issue was lacking. Than, I went home at around five or so, I was tired, and I had a pounding headache. It seems that all the slight annoyances were getting to me, like it seemed as though every single person was staring at me, not that that is unusual but it was especially provoking today. And, best of all, when I was getting off the bus, my pvc coffin purse fell open, spilling out all it's contents onto the cold white asphalt. I muttered a few colorful metaphors as I scooped up my belongings. Only did I realize when I returned home that I had lost a very pricey foundation that I had been carrying with me and now, I have to spend $15 that I do not really have, I have maybe $100 to last me till my next paycheck which is not till next Friday, I should be fine though, but it is still rather vexing to have to spend money because of a purse malfunction. Then I was waiting at the bus stop and some idiot tried to engage me in conversation and I could no longer remain civil, I practically spewed my type of venom at the guy, trying to look as menancing and unfriendly as possible and anyone who knows me is aware that that can be a particularly frightening sight! Needless to say, after some muttering, and probably calling me a bitch, he left me alone, but than said that I had scared him, which I found to be amusing. At least I had a nice if not slightly cold dinner waiting for me at home and I pretty much just cat napped for the remainder of the evening until I picked up my newest work of non-fiction, a thought provoking book called "The Serial Killer Files" which goes into great detail about all thing relating to lustmord, the German phrase which is simply a shortening of the original term for serial killer which was lust murderer. And no, I am not creepy at all....really...shut up.
Yet another subject bothering me tonight was the fact that I am going to the Haunt on Sunday and the dress I ordered over three weeks ago has not arrived yet. I bought a dress off PlastikWrap.com for this occasion, because I like to buy new outfits for special occasions. The week I purchased said dress, the site let me know that they did not have the particular size or color I desired but that next week, they would be getting in new stock. Two weeks after that week, I finally email them, wondering what is up and they return my message, telling me that they just got the stock in and sent my dress out, that it should arrive to me within three days. That was Monday, more than three days later, and guess what, no dress. They have one more day to get it to me or Divine Decay is going to be throwing a fit of epic proportions! Plus, I received my order from Cyroflesh.com , a pair of Cy-X Biohazard Googles and the awesome Plastik Wrap Lex pants, which, alas, are too big, being that I bought a size large and did not take into account the generous sizing of Plastik Wrap nor my recent weight loss, sigh, it is just one thing after another for me, I swear it! Well, at least I won a few auctions, I finally got the first Angel Sanctuary artbook which I have been seeking and this Lip Serivice Military style shirt that I have been wanting for awhile, which is part of the reason I have no money right now. I shall leave it at this for the time being, I shall write a full review of The Haunt in the next week. Ta for now dolls!

Yes, I have taken the advice of Mr. Turbo and have signed myself up for one of those fine and dandy G-Mail accounts, I am sure I shall regret eventually listening to Mr. Turbo for he is a crazy kid and forever up to no good, sinister like things! And yesterday, I dressed like a pirate, pictures were taken, humiliation captured on film, perhaps I might show you, if you think you deserve to see them. And today, again with the pirates, for it is Pirate Weekend at Hot Topic, let the piratey goodness commence!

Yes indeed, I made both store and District Employee of the Month for the month of September, yes, I rule, go me. Oh, for those of you unawares, I happen to work at Hot Topic, yes, please, do not pity or envy me, whichever may be the case. Plus, I managed to find and purchase a copy of the Alice Addict artbook by gothic lolita inspired mangaka/artist Mitsukazu Mihara, I am rather fond of her work, especially since I started reading her manga Doll, about beautiful androids and their relationships with humans, which I completely recommend to anyone. I went to look for images from her works and there are next to no websites containing them, what a horrible injustice! Perhaps this might inspire me to create another web page. ::Taps chin thoughtfully:: And I finally received my New Rocks, and they fit perfectly, if not for my intense paranoia pertaining to the possibility of getting strep throat which one of my fellow associates at work supposedly has, this week would have been fabulous! And I am still a tidbit under the weather, here is to hoping that I am not coming down with anything else! ::Fingers crossed::
