met up with some peeps at the mountain to pregame for ali's party. the party itself was good, the parts i recall that is. DC, storm and i rolled up with the rock star styles. i left my jacket there...ali, if you read this, i need to fetch it! i have no recollection of leaving, roof foolery and the many inane things i said. it aint about no SPRINKLES.
then the saturday ritual. tom rolled up from TX so it was on point. SNAKE. didnt roll out for covenant. too old and tired. SNAKE. cuz this song, it aint about no trout. out. out. over and out.

x2 ruled. awesome sequel. nightcrawler totally stole the show. i love how they snuck in 'center of the sun' by conjure one. good shit.
saturday: tracking for 'slave' done, supported by chris from LC, and don from rotary kill. cant wait for the mixdown to be done. then batcave at night, good times...the whole jersey crew rolled out, which made it mad on point.
sunday: ministry. they exceeded my admittedly low expectations. excellent show, and a guest appearance by ogre was a special treat. if you have a chance to catch them on this tour, do it!
almost done with 'the diamond age'...time to move on to 'lullaby'

caught a ride out to conduit to see LC play...but yep, you guessed it. i missed the entire show. that pretty much put a damper into the evening. and then we had to bounce because a friend got sick from terrorfakts strobes. i was there maybe a total of 45 minutes. we head back to north jersey, drop our friend off at the train station and head to q's. which was fun. mad shots yo! it was cool that jarv and don showed up later on. the we rocked the late night diner and it was off to sleep for me. as with any night i drink copious amounts of red bull + vodka, i find that i cannot sleep for more than 5 hours. very tired yet unable to sleep. i need to find a new drink...

jarv sent me the final unmastered version of 'disintegrated' last night. good shit, its a bit different from the rough, but better, imo. i hope he finishes the final version of 'core' tonight. everything is coming together. but now i am worried that the LC remix of 'core' wont be ready in time to make the EP release date. the website is also coming along nicely. gotta track vox for our web-exclusive track this weekend.
speaking of LC, cant wait for the show on friday, i'm not sure how i'm gonna get out there, but i'll hitch-hike if i have to. and then there's ministry on sunday. seems like a lot of us are going, so it should be fun...even if ministry sucks. in other news, my throat is scratchy...which does not bode well for this weekends' activities. as jarv would say: NO DEAL!
