hmmm, lets see...
friday night i went to the mountain to hang out with my brother. had some drinks. speaking of my brother, he is very close to getting a record contract o produce hip-hop/reggae beats. i always knew he would get somewhere. also, his producer is a big trance freak. he cut a couple of tracks which are beyond hot. like on the level of tiesto. good shit. especially the blondie remix of 'good boys'
went home to shower and change for contempt. i sat down to listen to the cd my bro gave me and the next thing i know, i am waking up the next day. so i missed contempt. damnit! during the day saturday, i watched 'along came polly' with my roomate. i generally enjoy ben stiller movies...but this one only had one funny moment. the chemistry was horrible and the movie generally stunk. then a tasty japanese lunch. i could eat japanese food every day. bought 'gladius' for PS2. havent had much time to rock it yet...but it looks promising.
batcave was ok. then i somehow got talked into getting a hotel room so a few of us could hang out. paid way too much for it - and i'm a bit bitter for it. it sounded like such a good idea when i was drunk! anyway, it was cool because deathcondition showed up out of nowhere to chill for awhile. that was the highlight.
sunday was spent being tired as all hell, after having slept only 2 hours...if that. the week has been filled with work. not much to say about it, really. oh, and the cold needs to go away. i'm sick of it!

First-year students at Med School were receiving their first anatomy class with a real dead human body. They all gathered around the surgery table with the body covered with a white sheet.
The professor began the lecture by telling them: "In medicine, it is necessary to possess two important qualities as a doctor: The first is that you not be disgusted by anything involving the human body."
To illustrate, he pulled back the sheet, stuck his finger in the anus of the corpse, withdrew it, and stuck it in his mouth. "Go ahead and do the same thing," he told his students. The students freaked out, hesitated for several minutes, but eventually took turns sticking a finger in the butt of the dead body and sucking on it.
When everyone finished, the professor looked at them and said, "The second most important quality is observation. "I stuck in my middle finger and sucked on my index finger. Now learn to pay attention."

i am going to play poker tomorrow night. this excites me. work is good these days, though the commute will always suck. its cold! its only january and i am already sick of winter. in other news, i like sprite remix.

new years eve...went out to support dj cyn at CBGB's gallery. it was kinda dead...and i wasnt too much into the live acts (vulgaris and the empire hideous) still i managed to eke out a little fun. the highlight of the evening was when i was leaving, i met these two DJ's from germany. we chatted about music for a bit...then i left to have tacos with joe, ellie and grendel.
didnt get to sleep until 4am...which is bad since i only got 3 hours of sleep. then off to my parents..got there before 9am. which they wanted...but for no reason. grrr. so i watched movies with my bro 'ca't hardly wait' and 'dazed and confused'
around lunchtime, we headed to our cousins house in flushing...ate massive amounts of food. after that we took a drive to visit my mom's store in LI. pretty cool, i must say. back home...i entertained thoughts of going to cybertron...but i just fell asleep instead. i was so tired...
so friday: it was vince's birthday...i hung out with biomechanic during the day...even got to see his lair of evil, where he tosses up all his big hits. off to best buy in search of 'kung faux' season one...no such luck. so i got him a gift card. drank at the stoned crow...then moved the party uptown to the pig and whistle. came home to rack...and now i'm up.
anyone going to batcave tonight?

first off, happy new year everyone.
i'm stuck at work today which puts a major crimp into my plans. not to mention that i have to be at my parents house at 9am. my new years is fooked.
went down for a invigourating visit to the DMV yesterday. oh the joys of the DMV. then hung out with vince playing tiger woods golf all day. yea, i've established i am a dork. probably still gonna try to make it out to CBGB's gallery tonight to listen to DJ CYN spin. then heading home to bed and an early trip to queens. -shudder-
not much else to report. i am bored with my life right now. i need something or someone new. anyone wanna hook me up with a nice girl? i think i have spent too much time alone. my life seems so empty and meaningless these days.
