delerium/conjure one report...
first of all, anyone who had a chance to go and didnt...you are a sucker [sorry jarv]
conjure one was amazing. the only disappointment was the length of their show. only half an hour. but they played all their bigs hits. 'sleep' 'tears from the moon' 'center of the sun' and two of the more arabic sounding tracks. they came off really well live.
delerium were amazing...basically the same band with bill leeb and a couple of new singers. they traded off, and would harmonize each other. sweet! they played 3-4 songs from each of the last 4 albums. standouts were 'after all' 'twilight' 'innocente' 'flowers become screens' & 'silence' but the whole set was rock solid. i'd see them again.

checking out the new ohgr album...so far so good. its similar to 'welt' but the sounds are generally thicker...and there is more of a groove to this one. celebrated matt's birthday last night. i wont go into details, but it was an entertaining experience. going to see delerium/conjure one on monday. cant wait!
just found out about a symbiotic show on october 12th. at qxt's...a sunday night. so i expect everyone in attendence.

non-stop work is no fun. i randomly took a 3 hour nap today. just couldnt stay awake anymore. tomorrow is my friend matt's birthday. it will be an interesting evening. welp, back to the saltmines i go. this post was utterly pointless.

work is crashing down on my head. have to head into the office next week. meeting colin at the mountain tonight. i need to get the tape of our batcave show. probably wont stay out long. have to get an early start tomorrow. possibly rock batcave tomorrow. not much else going on. i wont be able to go to new orleans for holloween this year. maybe i'll take a small weekend trip somewhere...any suggestions?

work is a constant nuisance as always. went to a party last night to celebrate the end of the softball season. good times. supposed to hang out with mismonster from sk tonight. i'm hungry...time to fire up some pasta. i doubt i'll be able to go out thursday or do much of anything this weekend because of work. that is definately not clutch. been rocking some PS2 while i wait for files to spool and distill, one of the few benefits of working from home. oh and the weather is lovely today...fall seems like its around the corner.
